April 2 & 3: P.A.D.

We had a power blackout that lasted 33 hours. Insert sad and angry faces here. The power company's fault hotline said power would be back on at 7.30pm, then 1am, then 6am, then 10am and then finally 1pm. It turned back on at 12.35pm. Thank goodness!

So here's my Photo A Day April 2 and 3.

Colours:

These two bright colours I see out of the corner of my eye in my run. They clash horribly, but I think that's what draws my eyes to them! My 12wbt JFDI band keeps my tired, jelly legs running. And my Heart Rate Monitor is my exercise BFF.

Mail:

Living out in the sticks, I miss the postman. I miss walking out my front door with my little boy, checking the mailbox. On the upside, my mail gets delivered right into my hands every other day AND I get to kiss the mailman!
