The changes...

Today I took a quick pic on my phone of myself. I'd just come back from my Super Saturday Session feeling not so super and thought it would be interesting to see in a few weeks how I look. I flicked back through my pics and found one I'd taken exactly one month ago. Awesome.

Thought I'd do a side-by-side to show you all. I think I've lost about 5-6kgs between them. It's interesting to see my shape changing in just 4 short weeks!

I can see it around my face and my waist. I'll have to remember to take another one on the 24th April!

Oh and if my boobs keep shrinking at the rate they are, I'm sure to have craters soon :/

    Thanks Liza... It really has been a big change from 106kg me to 90kg me.

    I am proud of myself and can't wait to see what the next 15kg looks and feels like! xxx
